Shannon joined HLA in February 2019 and is passionate about social justice and advocating for equitable healthcare access. With extensive experience in case management and direct client services, her work has spanned diverse settings, including community health centers, community service organizations, and behavioral health care providers.

Shannon holds a Master of Social Work from Bridgewater State University and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
