Dr. Mohammad Dar, MD (MoDar) serves as the Chief Medical Officer for C3 (Community Care Cooperative), an accountable care organization dedicated to serving Federally Qualified Community Health Centers (FQHCs) in multiple states. He previously served as Senior Medical Director at MassHealth guiding delivery system reforms and pandemic response for the state, chaired the national Medicaid Medical Directors Network, and worked on implementation of the Affordable Care Act at the Obama White House. Dr. Dar continues medical practice as an internist at the Boston VA and his academic work has been featured in JAMA, NEJM, and other specialized medical journals.
