Maria joined HLA in July 2024 as a paralegal with the ACC team. Maria graduated MIT with a B.S. in Brain and Cognitive Science in May 20024 and is a first generation college graduate. She is from San Antonio, TX and previously worked at the MIT Saxe lab assisting with baby and child development studies, as well as interned at Blueprint Medicines as a program manager. Maria says, “I love helping people. I want to be a bridge for those with the lack of resources to get the help they need. My areas of interest are mental health, child development, and the business-law intersection.”
