Dennis is a researcher and health justice advocate at the Massachusetts Disability Policy Consortium. He co-founded Disability Advocates Advancing Our Healthcare Rights and is active with the Massachusetts Department of Public health, in addition to many other non-governmental organizations, working to advance health equity. Dennis is also the chair of the One Care Implementation Council and a member of the Medicaid and CHIP Payment and Access Commission (MACPAC).
