Caroline joined HLA in July 2025 as a paralegal in the Access to Care and Coverage Practice Team. She graduated from Middlebury College in 2024 with degrees in Environmental Science and Global Health. Prior to HLA, Caroline was a Clinical Research Coordinator at the Medical Practice Evaluation Center at Massachusetts General Hospital, where she worked on global public health modeling projects focused on infectious diseases. Caroline also served as a Community Health Intern for MaineHealth, supporting programs designed to mitigate food insecurity, and worked at an emergency housing shelter in Vermont. Outside of work, Caroline enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her dogs.
